ruffle mini skirt

If you saw my instagram story from the weekend you saw that when I was in Gap post spin class I tried this skirt on. I went into a corner of the story put the skirt on and shimmied down my leggings. It was too much but I just don't care haha. Honestly, I don't even know if I really like this skirt. It's a little like a cupcake but it's cool? Right?
