outfit:floral pants

Oh these pants, I had been wanting a pair of floral/silk pants in general. They are hard to wear let me tell you! I got some odd looks and actually liked the way I styled them for the night better than this outfit. I switched the sweater for a black long sleeve leotard and the heels for my studded heeled clogs and rolled the pants a little more...it was much cuter and because of that was not photographed at all...isn't that the luck of good outfits?

In class today we were talking about the difference between relational aggression (mean girls) vs just helping out a friend. My professor as an example used me and said "Emily who is very fashionable wanted to wear neon stirrups and I said Emily I know you like them but I am afraid they are not going to be perceived very well by everyone else". As I sat there I was like wow was she in my room Friday night as I got dressed because this example is crazy similar to Mary Logans reaction to these pants. But ya know you gotta do what you gotta do...aka wear the pants if YOU want to wear the pants!
