Shop: Nord Anniversary: ZELLA

Sorry for the lack of posts and any good content yesterday and Friday...sadly went through a breakup this weekend and am trying to find some inspiration. Cue the fitness series I am working on, because endorphins really do make people happy and happy people don't text their ex's kill their husbands ;). HASo Amelia and I teamed up with Chase (my favorite instructor from Barry's who doubles as a personal trainer) to bring y'all  not only a fitness challenge but an "ask the trainer" video series! This is where I need your help, any questions you have ever wanted to ask a trainer...literally ANYTHING please comment and let me know!I wouldn't be a blogger if I didn't plug a little Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! I know it doesn't open to non card holders until the 22nd but that is just around the corner! The one thing I would 100% recommend buying are the Zella (Nordstrom house brand for work out gear) live in leggings. Zella is my FAV and their leggings are reversible so you get two wears...hello less laundry!
