Paper City is a Texas magazine with publications in Houston and Dallas, covering society events, fashion, culture and all of the jazz. It isn't something I regularly read but as I was waiting for food the other day I picked it up. For the September issue, they teamed up with Net-A-Porter for an amazing multi page feature.
