You can get dressed up but you will be noticed, so the casual chic thing is always a go. My roommate and I were headed to a mildly casual dinner last week and I didn't want to just wear jeans a tee. So, I attempted to down play this off the shoulder top by pairing it with slouchy jeans and espadrilles.
