How fun and playful is this polka dot dress! I was debating on what to pair it with because I didn't want it to become too retro looking! Cue in the straw accessories!

The polka dot dress is from Who What Wears Target collection that I love over and over again! The weather here in Houston has been soo beautiful and it is making me sad that I know deep down that the HEAT is coming :(
