When I first saw this skirt on my regular visit to J.Crew I kinda screamed a little....the scuba material has been everywhere this spring but I was yet to have gotten my hands on a piece of it! I knew I was only going to continue the train of neon with accessories and almost even paired it with this top for a dressier look.
