I mentioned this skirt in a post a while ago but I finally wore it! Do you ever have those pieces you buy a season ahead that you are holding onto for the perfect weather or occasion to wear? I do this all the time and sometimes end up never wearing it always fearing I will be wasting it on a nothing occasion...in college it was all about "do you think we will take cute pics tonight?!...well okay if you say you're gonna be on it than I will wear it".

This skirt was all about finding a day I 1) wanted to feel like a lady, because for some reason I felt extremely feminine and girly yesterday in this outfit and 2) when it was fall enough to wear cream tweed but not soo cold where I would need tights (that pairing will come though).  I want to find more outfits like this, that make me feel girly it was a new feeling for me and I kinda liked it! And more skirts this length and cut, I found it to be flattering, flirty but also appropriately modest..does that combo make sense?

OH before I forget...these shoes you could suggest lunch some where so far from my office and I would not say no or bring flats to change into because they are so comfortable! So get ready because you're gonna be seeing a lot of these bad boys in the future!
