Memorial Day Weekend was a gem, spend Saturday night at a 90's festival that was more of a Texas frat party under a bridge near the river! Aka fun but odd!

Speaking of Trader Joes, if I see or hear about the amazing peonies at the TJ's in Texas I am going to LOOSE it! The one here in Nashville needs to catch up with the times ASAP, because the ones from Whole Foods are over priced and die too quickly!

If you are friends with me you are probably sick of hearing/seeing me talk about Halo Top Ice Cream....sorry not sorry! It is AMAZING, 240 calories for the ENTIRE THING! When I first heard about it I thought it was so going to be like all of the other "healthier" ice creams out there...aka gross! But I was so so wrong, the only negative to Halo is that you have to let it sit out for a little bit....take it out during a commercial and it will be ready the next round!
