Hump Day Thoughts: argon oil
Last week I mentioned to ignore a pretty little scab/burn on my face that I got from doing my hair at 7AM. Meaning I was half asleep, sans coffee and dozed off for a second too long allowing the iron to rest its self against my forehead and create a decent size burn. At first it was nothing I sat posting that days blog post while holding a can of concentrate lemonade on my forehead..thinking is this going to mess my makeup up? (WOW I am such a girl) As the day went on it got worse and worse turning into a scab and more people snap-chatting me back saying what happen to your forehead. Like people what it is was just a giant cluster of pimples...that would be such a rude question! But it wasn't so I took the questions as concern for my beauty and well being.Okay, so why do you care about my stupid burn? Well because this magical oil is what is helping it heal so quickly! Josie Marans oil is a pretty popular beauty item I think...I mean it's in the checkout line in Sephora in a cute smaller cheaper version so I take that as being popular. So it reads: 'can be used from anything from ones cuticles to split ends' I can get on board with that. But will it make these places feel greasy and oily? Nope!I have added two drops of this goodness to my nightly routine, placing it directly on the burn, for the past week. Well that's on a burn/scab not natural skin, what about making non scabed skin oily? Doesn't do that either and I only know because one night it dripped down and missed my forehead hitting my nose...nose is still in tact un-oily!Okay I am done ranting, now go buy it!Editors note: There is no scar or even showing of this burn a week later. Hooray for Josie Marans Oil!
