HUMP DAY THOUGHTS

I go through serious phases with my "healthy eating" but I always try and keep a balance. If it know I am eating an indulgent dinner then I will have a lighter lunch and so on. The one thing I cannot give up is sweets at night time..every night without fail I have to have something sweet. I tried last night to trade out chocolate for popcorn but it did not work and I ended up eating a piece of cookie dough....I am so bad!On the breakfast front though I have started making smoothies:

- Handful of spinach

- Half of an apple (or less and then some pear if you like pears..)

- Half an avocado 

- One banana 

- Half a cucumber 

- OJ 

Half of a lemon

- Any left over fruit I may have! 

AND I have lazy proofed this for myself, I buy 2 of everything when at the store. Then, when I am making the one smoothie I just cut up the entire thing and put the other half in a plastic bag ready to dump in the blender the next morning! It makes for less prep and cutting the "ugh I don't want to put in this work this morning I am going to the bagel place" in half because you're only prepping every other day! I am not at the place of prepping for the whole week yet...maybe I will get there sometime!
