Hump Day Thoughts
I'll spare you the silly story but I will start with the confession that I am 100% that girl who complains about their weight while eating double stuffed oreos while she's ordering a pizza. So with that I tell you, my roomie and I are starting/have started the Whole30 diet/lifestyle change/reset. You probably have heard about it, but it's pretty much a no sugar/carb/dairy/bean diet. WTF none of that?! I KNOW! Another main reason I am doing it is because I honestly have little to no clue what to do in the kitchen besides make a killer sammy, grilled cheese, pasta or other not healthy/lazy thing. So it's for 30 days and today is day two and I already feel the withdraws of sugar...I am going to do weekly check in but I promise no pictures of my veggies and grilled chicken.May the force be with me.And if you're around me, let's hope I don't turn into a B without my sugar fixes...
