DC RECAP
DAY 1: Thanks to Hurricane Joaquin I landed into DC on a beautifully rainy and freezing day. After lunch with Mary I attempted to go museum hopping, it lasted less then an hour. Far too many families and children for me and I peaced out quickly....patience is not a virtue I constantly posses.Needed a little pre- rehearsal dinner pick me up and walked to this adorable coffee shop with my dad for a nutella latte...SO delicious!DAY 2: Went to brunch with my girl friends, whom I hadn't seen in months! It was equally as fun to see them as it was to see my cousin get married!Followed by a homemade pop-tart dessert from Ted's Bulletin! My cousins wedding was absolutely beautiful and I am so sad I didn't take more pictures! The flower girl and I became BFFs and she even let me wear her flower crown for one song...it's the little things. DAY 3: Just a smidgen hung over from the wedding to going out with friends, so naturally all I wanted was a burger....cue Shake Shack!I did pick up my own plaid scarf at Eastern Market but this gem, I borrowed from Julia for the day. SUCH a great trip, just writing this post is making me miss my pals and family more then the regular amount hah.
