Beauty: #1 Fall Lipstick

 Fall/Winter is my favorite time to wear lipsticks, something about the moody colors make everything seem a little more dramatic. Not that I don't enjoy a Barbie pink lip but somehow a deep burgundy seems less 'Hi look at my I am wearing lipstick!'.  Finding the perfect color can be a challenge, some look too purple or brown against your skin tone and some are too seem too reserved for holiday parties. Two (?) years when Nars came out with their new Audacious collection I went a little crazy because the colors are as good as Nars colors have always been but not as dry. I have posted about her (it's not weird that I use a pronoun this time because they are all named after women) many times but Charlotte is my favorite. They describe it as an 'oxblood burgundy' and it is just that. What is the difference between the two you ask? Burgundy has more violet in it while Oxblood has more red. Aka it is the perfect combo of the colors that you want in a fall lipstick.
