Basics Always Win!
A pair of jeans and tee shirt that makes you feel like a million bucks is number 1 priority {to me} when it comes to building a good wardrobe.
I feel like I have owned so many damn white tee shirts in my life and still don't feel like I have every style I "need". A little crazy? Yes for sure. Having a good variety of tee shirts and jeans is important. Major key....lol is that still a thing? An ex-was obsessed with it and it's stuck in my head.Jeans:Skinny: My favorite are from Frame the Le Skinny de Jeanne. The color is the perfect basic dark denim but not too dark where you are wondering if it black. I think they fit true to size, I have a 27.Black: I have ranted about these before and I will suggest them to anyone, Mother Mother Mother! The fit is slightly high waist but not extreme at all- your butt just looks good and so do your legs!Straight Leg/Loose/"Mom": Levis, H&M, and Citizens of Humanity, the ones above are from H&M and I love them dearly haha. The denim is so structured but comfortable and not over stiff. Everyone loves Levi's- I personally don't have a pair....yet!Tee Shirts: This one is from the new {to me} Hanes x Karla collaboration and I love it! It is a thicker cotton which is something I have found hard to find. I have 2 Current Elliott white v-necks and they are "great" but not my favorite and not worth the pretty penny in my opinion. When shopping tee shirts I would look for the following: length, does it hit you in a good place when in your favorite jeans? Is the V in a good place? Is the hem of the V or crew structured or does it wrinkle and fall when not perfectly steamed?
