All the mocha lattes you gotta do Pilates

So I hate working out...like durring college (and pre college for that matter) never worked out. People would complain 'oh crap its been 3 days since I worked out' and I would be sitting there nodding nicely thinking 'its been months or weeks since I worked out and I am fine right?'....friends would bribe and guilt me into going to Zumba classes, a class that is full of fun hip hop music I had to be guilted into. I am that annoying person that complains about gaining weight and then will go eat a bag of chips and then not work out...yeah I am annoying I know. I just don't enjoy exercising never have never will. I found something I like! Different versions of Barre classes are my jam right now. Have you ever done Barre? Well its a mixture of ballet and pilates, so a lot of stretching and muscle building. Its hard and my body is sore right now, but it feels great and the classes are challenging, not to a point where you need to leave the room and cry but enough to push you.
